Marketing homePublic theme studioReal stat strip

Public home & appearance studio on the open web

The chapter home now walks through the full workspace—dashboard, people, events, tools—with live theme picking before sign-in.

  • New long-form marketing home with feature mocks, bento overview, and scroll-driven sections for every major workflow.
  • Theme selector (palette button) in the public nav—same appearance studio brothers use signed in, persisted locally until account sync.
  • Inkwell is the default first-run look: editorial type, gold crosshatch, ink foundation.
  • Home stats pull from the real roster—funnel counts, brothers, term events, and logged interactions—not placeholder numbers.

Recruitment workspace refresh

Clearer paths for brothers joining the tool, faster access after leadership approves accounts, and a tighter signed-in home.

  • Brother access flows through one Google step; pending-approval states explain what leadership still needs to do.
  • Dashboard funnel strip loads KPI counts first so VPR and brothers see assignments, intake, and hot prospects immediately.
  • People workspace tabs for brothers and PNMs with filters, profile detail, and commit-feed links in one shell.

Events, check-in, and attendance rolls

  • Attendance view shows who showed, who is missing, and ties back to prospect activity.
  • Mass text remains limited to exec and recruitment committee roles.

Built for the way Wisconsin-Beta actually recruits

One roster, one follow-up rhythm—so VPR and the committee spend time with PNMs instead of reconciling spreadsheets.

Recruitment at Wisconsin-Beta never lacked effort. It lacked a single place where names, assignments, event attendance, and officer handoffs stayed aligned after every open house and coffee chat.

We built this workspace so a brother can open Home and see who to reach today, officers can see funnel health without exporting CSVs, and PNMs can submit interest without landing in a group chat black hole.

Keeping Balanced Man in the conversation

Scores, notes, and activity live next to each prospect so every touchpoint feels intentional—not a checkbox.

Balanced Man is not a column you fill once. It is the frame for how we talk about a PNM after every event, message, and coffee meeting.

Prospect profiles carry importance and interest scores, Balanced Man meters, assigned brothers, and a running activity timeline—so when someone picks up the name, they inherit the full context.

Why the workspace has a whole appearance studio

Fourteen distinct style families with sub-styles—Editorial, Comic Pop, Retro Tech, Polaroid, and more—so the chapter workspace can feel like ours, not a generic template.

Officers asked for a tool that feels serious during VPR meetings but still has personality on brother phones. The appearance studio answers that: foundation, accent, wallpaper, and a style layer that reshapes borders, type, and controls.

Editorial and Inkwell are the clean defaults—magazine rules, serif body, sharp hierarchy. Comic Pop, Early Web, and the experimental styles are there when the chapter wants something bold for rush energy.
